- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Physical Therapy Department, I can't speak on how the physical therapist are because I gave up and went to another Physical Therapist. After seeing the Doctor I could not get an appointment for 2 weeks. I took that one and then had to change it. Calling in is horrible, I was asked to hold and then finally told to hold on they would get someone to help me and they hung up. Tried again and the Lady did the same thing again. In the course of 2 weeks the exact thing happened 3 times. Perhaps some training on how to use the phones also how to apologize would be nice. So frustrating so I cancelled and went to a different Therapist.August 03, 2017by Jan Barger
