- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a patient here over 2 years and have mostly goods experiences. My doctor D is someone reliable and kind who I can trust to look out for me, and the front office staff is always helpful and efficient for me when I need something. The procedures I've had have been well run, professional, and flawless. Dr D answers my questions any time I have them and his nurse is good about getting his answers back to me in a reasonable time including when I call for lab results. I swear that man is part bloodhound; Dr D investigates problems in more depth than any doctor I've ever met, so much that I sometimes think of him as my other PCP even though he's my specialist. I've had to raise issues with the front desk for the patient portal not displaying data several times and that takes awhile to fix for some reason, which makes me question whoever runs their database, so I'm knocking off a star for that because the portal has been quite unreliable over the past 2 years... I can't even input my own medications and supplements accurately, including dose, using it, and neither can staff apparently, so I wonder how the doctor is supposed to know accurately what I'm taking. Recently the office offers to print my info for me which helps compensate somewhat for the poor data flow issues, and they do respond well to electronic messages so I make sure info is given that way since I don't trust the database/UI. It needs a technical overhaul in a bad way (but this is probably a problem with the software development being mediocre and the database having poor normalization or bad flow, not the doctors or their staff, though I could wish the practice used a different developer). I do want to give a shout out to the lady who draws my regular bloodwork. She is a complete gem, always very sweet to me and tries to make it as quick and painless as possible.February 02, 2017by Marvi Richardson
